What kind of Christmas Tree will you display in your Home this year Live or Artificial, and what color ideas?

I've used my cute little 4 ft. green tree (which came wrapped with lights) for at least 6 years now, I usually decorate it with gold colored garland etc. and lots of ornaments, Some how it takes on the appearance of a gold colored tree, just "Beautiful", is what my guest exclaim each year..but I'd like to change it this year. So please let me hear your color scheme ideas perhaps we can try something more refreshing this year. thanks. Happy Holidays!
