I'm looking for Simon Hughes Boa last known in New Zealand, Browns bay . urgent I find him.?

Please help if you know him. he is approximately 44 years old now and last information I have is he was at Browns Bay until he was 13 years old. Father, Bryan Boa. Please help, have been trying to locate him for the last 20 years .. I am his cousin and his family here would love and need to catch up with him. Please help.
