What are your thoughts about Capital One's actions?

I've had similar dealings with Capital One and I contacted my congressman about it, I know they're holding hearings about stuff like this, which has come about because our wonderful congress ped the banking bill which essentially gives these people carte' blanch to do whatever they want, because the banks and credit card companies essentially wrote the bill and the congress just rubber stamped it. If this guy made no such threats and was falsely arrested simply because a supervisor got PO'd , I would hit Capital One with a law suit that had so many zero's it would make their eye twirl.
