Are Lebanese people Arab?

All Arabs are Caucasian, but to answer your question yes they are Arabs, although some of them don't consider themselves Arab. Also when you use the term "Anglo" are you speaking about an English person? Because that's what Anglo means British, I'm not ragging on you, I just come from an area where people constantly misuse the term and it really drives me up a wall.
