My Alienware M15x is having issues. Any help?

Hey i got a M15x too nearly for a year now my only problem so far was a bad dvd drive which was replaced pretty much 2 days after, their tech support is great. now everything you described seen like not really a issue except for the bluescreens. Go do dell and log to your account ad your service tag and download the latest drivers and bios for your m15x if that doesn't solve the problem. Just think of any external hardware you might have installed like a mouse or a interface for something. example my line6 guitar interface was causing bluescreens until line6 finally updated the driver for the hardware. also try to run a error check on your HD and check both boxes when asked if you want windows to fix problem automatic. every so often i'll get a random freeze now and then but that's normal, welcome to the world on ALIENWARE where overpriced doesn't mean perfect.
