Well today I got on the scale and It said I weighed 277lbs and my fat was 43.8% my water was 35.8% and my muscle was 36.8 % when I started my exercise and diet I weighed 285 pounds and my fat has went down from 50% but it doesnt seem to be moving now anymore. My muscle has increased since the last time I took it by 1.3 % and my water a bit as well how come my fat is not decreasing but I am losing weight? I started taking Women Ultra Mega Active Dietary Supplement which just help me with Energy Production Bone Health and Antioxidant support. Basically vitamins..
