HELP WITH A MOVIE PLEASE!?

Okay. So theres a movie and i have no idea what its called. But i remember a little girl and i think her moms boyfriend comes and teaches her a dance to a talent show. And in the movie the girl does a hand game to the guy and she says " break wall waterfall (i think the guys name was y? i dont know) y thinks he knows it all, he dont i do so boom with the attuide. peace punch captian crunch i got somethin you cant touch bang bang cho cho train wind me up i do my thing no recess pieces 7 up mess with me and ill mess you up." Does anyone know where this is from? i believe its old by a couple years. Thanks!!
