A Love Lost?

I met a girl through the net and we fell in love. We were inseperable for 8 months. She is from California and I'm from Leeds UK. I spent Christmas and New Year with her (her bday is 1st Jan too) and it was so so romantic. I brought her jewelry and gifts and she did the same, and we just spent 3 weeks in eachothers arms. However when got back I told her I needed more alone time, just to be myself and have a beer and watch tv etc. She took this as a sign that I wasnt as committed as I once was and things started going really wrong. In March we had a huge row and split. Since then I went crazy, I tried everything to get her back. Begged like a fool, had roses delivered to her work, offered to change everything that had gone wrong on my side. But once she decided that we'd finished she changed completely. She didnt wanna be friends, hated me, ignored my emails etc etc, it really killed me ya know. I'm back on my feet now, though I can't get her out of my head even though i'm keeping busy?
