What do I need to be Nicole Richie?

No comments on the costume, please. And um, I'm not talking about the new [pregnant] nicole, I want the old one. I need tips on what to wear and where to get it. I have brunette hair and I have a little past shoulder length hair with light carmel highlights and ummm, side swept bangs [like nicole richie] so yep, my friend is being paris hilton xD but yeshhh, answer away!
