I did not find any errors in your entries. They all are correct, unless you forgot that some accounts had a balance before adjustment that were not shown. Example - In # 2, you correctly recorded Supply Inventory's ending balance by first noting its beginning balance. Did any other Balance Sheet accounts have a beginning balance?
