What is so bad about being Muslim?

This issue has nothing to do with talk show hosts. Someones religion has nothing to do with how that I feel about them, except when that religion refuses to denounce the violence of it's own religion and instead makes excuses about how the violent are but a fraction of the whole. This tells me that the mes of Muslims have an unspoken support for their own radical factions. What's wrong with this picture, folks?
