What happened to my print,edit, favorites and other ons?

I was enlarging my address book for printing, when I lost all of those applications I use the edit, copy, paste and print options for almost all my e-mails. How do I get it all back. I just graduated from computer illiterate to computer stupid and need a lot of guidance.
