I think she just thinks you're moving a bit too fast. Give it some time and maybe she'll warm up to the situation and see if she wants to be with you. I know how much you wanna be with her, and it's happened to me many times before. But right now, I hate to break it to you, but I think you're stuck in the friend-zone. Until she warms up to you, you might wanna give her a teensy bit of space and then maybe after a day or two make sure she knows you're fine with her decision to stay friends for the moment. Once you guys warm up to each other a bit more, you'll be able to take a step out of the friend zone and into a relationship. Just give it some time and see where it goes from there.
