The clock on the moon would tick slower than on the earth. This is due to the pendulum formula T=(2π)root(l/g) Due to this formula, as the gravitational acceleration decreases, the period of the pendulum increases. For example, if on earth the period was 1 second, on the moon it would be about 2.45 seconds.
