I completly agree with you. It's basically accpeted with in society to hit a guy in the if he annoys you. It's also considered humourous. I don't think it is because it hurts alot. It needs to be stopped and it needs to be clified as ual abuse with consequences. Espcially at school where i see it happen alot.
