Are little annoyances enough to move out?

I moved in with my dad for financial reasons we are both adults and pay half the bills so it is my house as much as it is his. Little things are starting to bother me, for example, I texted him over and over to get him to buy loo roll it was an emergency! lol I am always getting the groceries, he replied he was at the shops but he came back with chocolate and cereals and said "I'll get the loo roll tomorrow". he eats and finishes my food without telling me or replacing it, and he invites his dates over to sleep without warning or even asking if I am ok with it. I can hear them having at stupid o clock in the morning. He doesn't hoover/dust or tidy up all he does is the dishes and our bins are all stinking sat outside our front door. If I don't do it it doesn't get done basically and it doesn't matter what I say to him nothing changes. What should I do right now I can't afford to live on my own!
